Shipping Policy
​

  • Within Myanmar, standard delivery charges from 3000 MMK to 6000 MMK will be paid by the recipient. Delivery charges may vary depending on location.

Payment Policy

​​

  • 50% deposit for made-to-order designs.

  • The purchased item will be handed to the delivery service once we receive the payment.

Return policy

​​

  • Regarding ring sizes that would require an exchange for better fit wear, we will accept an exchange for the same design if the item is sent back to us, in the original packaging and prepaid delivery charges, within 7 days of receiving it. The jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging, and with the receipt. Please email us at yangonlittlegems@gmail.com to notify us of your decision.

  • If the exchanged item price is higher than the originally purchased item (i.e., prices calculation also included by weight of metal and typically more weight for larger ring sizes), additional payment will be required before we send the exchanged item back.

  • If the exchanged item price is lower than the originally purchased item (i.e., prices calculation also included by weight of metal and typically less weight for smaller ring sizes), please note that the refund for the exceeded price will not be applied.​

  • Made-to-order jewelry and other jewelry items except for rings cannot be returned unless the item is faulty. 

  • In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item please contact us within 7 days of receipt to notify us of the problem. 

  • The item should be returned using a trackable insured shipping service. It should be securely packaged and you should also include a note of your name, address, email address, and order number.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you upon receiving the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. We reserve the right to judge whether an item is faulty rather than miss-treated. If you are approved, then your exchange of the return will be processed.

  • Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks to make the exchange item if there are shortage of in-stock items.

  • Please always use a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, it is your responsibility to track the package and have proof of postage.

Repair policy
​

  • All jewelry is hand-crafted and as with any product of this nature, natural wear and tear or accident may result in damage. 

  • We recommend any piece in this condition be sent to us for evaluation and repair to our standard.

  • This process may take 2 to 3 weeks and there may be a fee associated with the repair.

Special Orders

​

  • Some items in our collections can be customized. This can include changes in ring size, chain length, etc. These types of alterations would be considered a special order.

  • Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable and require a deposit of 50% of the total price.

  • These special orders may take 1 to 2 weeks to produce depending on the production schedule.

Back Orders
​

  • On occasion orders an item that appears to be out of stock. When this occurs, please contact us to place a backorder (Gemstones Jewelry, Gold Jewelry). Items that are regularly stocked will be back ordered and shipped as they become available.

  • On occasion order an item with a specified type, shape, color, and size of gemstones. Please let us know by filling Gemstone Wait List Form to be informed of the availability.
